Our Yamaha factory grand pianos are flawless, faultless inside and out and are as perfect as the day they were originally made.
These pianos have been factory restored, not reconditioned or refurbished.
Factory restored pianos are also available right across the Yamaha range, therefore
please contact us to enquire about other specific models as they are always readily available, usually at least 50% cheaper than the current new price.

Returns Policy
As an independent company we aim to ensure all of our customers are satisfied.
If the item has been received in a damaged condition or for any reason is not working as it should, we will first offer a repair.
Refund Policy
If the item cannot be repaired - we will offer a full refund to our customers for the purchase that has been made and arrange a return.
Please note we do not offer refunds if the instrument is in fully working order.
