​We understand that buying a piano instrument is daunting and you may not know how to narrow down your search - luckily we're here to help!

We are here to advise and help with any queries you might have, whether this is down to your preferred look, tone, size or feel or your new piano as we understand fully just how important these decisions may be for our customers.

Privacy & Safety

When making a purchase through our online site or in store, we guarantee to protect your personal information. 

 

You can find your very own log in page which will take you to your personalised account - making the check out service even more straight forward.

 

Once payment is accepted with the use of Stripe, your details will be stored only within the Renaissance system and will not be shared as we highly value all of our customers privacy & safety, this system allows us to keep receipts and create invoices when needed.

Our piano service is one you can trust as we offer a 10 year warranty on all of our instruments!

The reason we offer the longest warranty in our industry is due to the fact we are either supplying new pianos or supplying used pianos where the original source/original owner is known to us, together with the history of each piano.

With our 10 year warranty on offer, you can relax knowing that if anything happens - Renaissance has got you covered!
